Duties & Customs
The short version
Import charges are ours on every order. Duty, import VAT, a clearance fee: whatever your country adds to the parcel, we pay it. You pay the USD price on the product page and nothing to the courier. Swiss addresses: no.
If you are asked to pay anyway
Occasionally a depot bills first and asks later. When it happens:
- Pay the fee so the parcel is released. Refusing it sends the watch back to us and adds weeks.
- Keep the receipt or the courier’s payment notice.
- Send the receipt and your order number to orders@crownsuperclone.com.
- The full amount comes back to you. It was ours from the start.
Which charges we pay
- Import duty assessed by your customs authority: ours.
- Import VAT or sales tax on the parcel: ours.
- Courier brokerage or handling charges tied to clearance: ours.
- Shipping itself: free, tracked and insured, on every order.
There is no extra bill once you have paid and no “pay to release” step. A message or a courier notice that suggests otherwise is an error; tell us and we sort it.
What we will not hide
Every watch we sell is a 1:1 replica, and nothing on this site, in the box or in our emails says otherwise. How a parcel will be handled on the way into your country is a fair question; ask it first, and the contact page gives you the right address.
How the parcel is presented
DHL Express, FedEx or UPS carry it. The outer carton is plain, with no watch branding, and the sender field on the label shows a generic name rather than ours, so neither the courier nor anyone at your address learns what is inside from the outside. We prepare the paperwork the courier needs for clearance; there is nothing for you to complete or sign in advance. Clearance events show up on the tracking number we email you, and a short hold at the border is normal and sits inside the five-to-ten-working-day window.
