Three quick no’s

  • Is it genuine? No. Every watch is a 1:1 clone of the reference named on its page.
  • Do I pay at checkout? No. Bank details or a payment link come by email after you order.
  • Do I pay customs? No. Import charges are ours, everywhere we ship.

Before you pay

How do I pay, and why is there no card step?

Two methods: bank transfer, or crypto in USDT, BTC or ETH. The site takes the order, not the money; the bank details or payment link follow by email, and the order waits on hold until the funds show. Payment never lands, the order is cancelled. Everything is priced in USD and the figure on the page is the whole cost.

Does the movement match the reference calibre?

No, and nobody honest will tell you otherwise. It is a clone calibre: a Swiss-grade automatic, or Japanese Miyota if you choose that option ($620), built to behave like the original where it shows: the sweep, the date change, the hand stack. It is not the brand’s movement, and we never say it is. Expect roughly 48 hours of power reserve. We do not quote a seconds-per-day figure because we have not measured one for every unit. The product page lists what we have checked on that model; if it is silent on something you care about, ask before you pay.

Why can’t I choose the courier?

Because we book whichever of DHL Express, FedEx or UPS routes best to your address, and that changes by country and by week. All three are express, tracked and insured, all three cost you nothing, and all three go to every country we serve, which is every country except Switzerland. What you give up is a dropdown; what you get is the fastest route we can book.

Can I wear it in the shower or the sea?

Treat it as a daily-wear watch, not a dive watch. Roughly a 50 m rating: rain, washing your hands, a splash from the tap. Swimming, showering, diving and anything that keeps the case under water for a while are not recommended, and water damage sits outside the warranty. Salt water on it by accident? Rinse in fresh water and dry it.

What does 1:1 clone actually mean?

A watch built to copy a specific reference as closely as the clone factory can manage: case dimensions, dial, bracelet, and a movement that behaves like the original. Brand and model names on this site exist to tell you which design was copied and nothing more. No licence, no sign-off, no connection to those companies. “Clone” is the word, on the site and in the box.

After you pay

How long from payment to courier scan?

Two clocks. Ours: within one to two working days of confirmed payment the watch has passed final QC and photos of your unit are in your inbox. Yours: the parcel goes to the courier as soon as you reply to those photos, so the schedule is mostly in your hands. Something in the photos bothers you? Say so in that reply, not after the tracking number arrives.

How do I follow the parcel?

The tracking number is emailed at the first courier scan. Enter it on the courier’s own site for the freshest scans; third-party tracking pages lag by hours, especially around customs. Nothing moved for several days, or a “delivered” scan and no parcel? Email orders@crownsuperclone.com, order number in the subject, and we chase the courier from our end.

What does the parcel look like from the outside?

Plain carton, generic sender name on the label, no watch branding anywhere on the outside. The courier, the customs officer and whoever signs at your address see a box, not a watch. Inside it is the full kit from What arrives on the about page, protective films still on.

When it arrives

Does the box and paperwork come with every watch?

Tick it and the full kit listed under What arrives on the about page ships with the watch. Whichever you choose, keep everything, protective films included, until you are certain the watch is staying; a return needs the lot back.

Can a local watchmaker size the bracelet or open the case?

Sizing: yes, but it ends the 14-day change-of-mind window, because a sized bracelet counts as altered. Try the watch on over the films first. Opening the caseback or touching the movement: anything that goes wrong after a third party has been inside is outside the warranty. If a fault appears, email us before anyone opens it.

The courier wants money on delivery. Now what?

Pay it, keep the receipt, forward it (order number in the subject) to orders@crownsuperclone.com, and the amount comes back to you. Import duty, VAT and clearance fees are ours; a courier asking you is the exception, and refusing the parcel only sends the watch back to us. The customs page lays it out.

If it goes wrong

Can I send it back if it is not what I wanted?

Yes: tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send it back unworn, unsized, films and packaging intact. A return number comes first, by email; a parcel that turns up unannounced cannot be matched to anything. Return postage for a change of mind is yours, tracked and insured. Once the watch is back and checked, the money goes back the way it came, usually within five to ten working days and never later than 14 days after it reaches us.

What is the warranty, and whose is it?

Ours, not the brand’s, for twelve months, and it covers manufacturing faults: a movement that stops, a date that sticks, a bezel that will not turn. Outside it: misuse, drops, water, normal wear, and anything a third party did inside the case. There is no manufacturer warranty on a clone, and we do not pretend there is. Claiming takes one email to orders@crownsuperclone.com: order number, a photo of the fault, and we reply with the next step. Full wording is on the returns and warranty page.

Which items cannot be returned?

Anything worn, sized or altered, and anything sold as final sale. Sizing counts as altering, so try it on over the film before touching a link. If a watch arrives faulty or is not the model you ordered, tell us as soon as you notice; the 14-day limit is for change of mind only. Faults are covered by the 12-month warranty and by your legal rights, and we pay the return postage. Conditions: returns page.
