We call it a clone because that is what it is. Every watch here is a 1:1 replica of the reference it copies, built by a clone factory rather than by the brand on the dial, and none of it is sold as genuine. Logistics are simpler: once your payment clears, getting the watch to you is our cost and our problem.

The short version

  • Cost to you: nothing. Free shipping on every order, to every country we serve.
  • Service: express courier only. DHL Express, FedEx or UPS, our pick by route.
  • Tracking: always. The number is emailed when the label is scanned.
  • Insurance: every parcel, full order value, no opt-in.
  • Import charges: ours. Nothing to pay on delivery.
  • Packaging: plain carton, generic sender name, no watch branding outside.
  • Swiss address at checkout: cancelled, money back, no exceptions.

Problems on delivery

Crushed carton, broken seal, missing contents, or a “delivered” scan with nothing in your hands: email us with photos of the packaging as it arrived. Tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of the delivery scan; that is when a courier or insurance claim is easiest to open. A parcel that was never physically handed to you is still our problem, not yours.

Payment to dispatch

We do not post a watch we have not inspected. The order of events is fixed:

  1. Your payment is confirmed: the transfer has landed, or the crypto transaction has cleared. Until then the order sits on hold.
  2. Final QC: movement, hand and date alignment, bezel, clasp, crown threads, crystal and case.
  3. Photos of that specific watch reach you within 1-2 working days of confirmed payment.
  4. You reply. The parcel goes to the courier and the tracking number goes to you. The only delay we cannot control is the reply.

Delivery window

5-10 working days after the first courier scan, everywhere we ship. Where a parcel lands inside that window depends on customs at your end and the distance from the courier hub. Where it runs past the window, one of these is usually why:

What can add days What you see on tracking What we do
Customs hold A clearance event, then no movement for a day or two Nothing is needed from you. We watch it, and any charge raised is ours.
Label created, not yet collected “Label created” with no depot scan Normal until the first depot scan. After that we chase the courier.
Failed delivery attempt “Attempted” or “card left” Rebook on the courier’s site with your tracking number; email us if it will not rebook.
Remote or rural address “In transit” for longer than a city address would show We check the courier’s routing if the window is about to close.
Public holiday at either end Static tracking over the holiday The holiday adds its days; nothing else changes.

Carriers and tracking

You cannot pick the courier at checkout; we book the one that routes best to your address. Tracking emails come from orders@crownsuperclone.com, and the courier’s own site shows fresher scans than any third-party tracker. If tracking stalls after the first depot scan, email your order number and we chase from our side.

Import charges

Duty, import VAT and clearance fees at your end are ours to pay, and the parcel should reach you with nothing owed. A courier that asks anyway: pay, keep the receipt, send it to us, get the amount back. Mechanics on the customs page.

Packaging

The outer carton carries no brand names and nothing that says “watch”. The sender on the label is a generic trading name. Inside: the full kit listed under What arrives on the about page, films on.
