Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on crownsuperclone.com. Placing an order means you have read them and agree to them. A clause you do not follow: email info@crownsuperclone.com first.

1. What you are buying

Every product on this site is a replica watch, which we describe as a super clone or 1:1 clone. Concretely:

  • Not made, licensed, endorsed or supplied by the brand whose design it reproduces.
  • Brand and model names (Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe and others) sit on product pages to identify which reference a watch is a clone of, and for no other reason.
  • No connection between us and any of those brands or the owners of their trade marks.
  • Nothing we sell is genuine, and no page, email or document from us will call it that.

Specifications on product pages describe the clone as the factory builds it and as we check it, not the original reference.

2. Price and payment

  • Currency: US dollars. The USD figure on the product page is the whole cost: watch, express shipping, insurance, and import duties, taxes and clearance charges at the destination.
  • Payment: bank transfer or USDT/BTC/ETH; nothing else, nothing at checkout.
  • After you order, bank details or a payment link arrive by email. The order holds until the funds are confirmed.
  • No money: order cancelled, not parked. Nothing ships against a pending payment.

3. Order acceptance

  • Contract point: dispatch, not the confirmation email. The confirmation acknowledges the order; handing the parcel to the courier accepts it.
  • Before dispatch we may cancel and refund in full, and will where the reference is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, we suspect fraud, or the delivery address is in a country we do not serve.
  • Any refund under this clause goes back the way it came.

4. Dispatch and delivery

  • Carrier: DHL Express, FedEx or UPS, our choice by route. Tracked, insured, no charge to you.
  • Before dispatch: final QC, then photos of the unit that will ship, emailed to you. Reply to release it. Raise anything you see in those photos before the watch moves; after dispatch, clauses 5 and 6 apply. Replying to the photos does not affect your rights if the watch turns out to be faulty or not as described.
  • Dispatch: 1-2 working days from confirmed payment or from your reply to the QC photos, whichever is later. Delivery: typically 5-10 working days after that.
  • Not Switzerland. An order addressed there is cancelled and refunded.
  • Import duties and customs charges: ours. Asked to pay one, pay it, keep the receipt and email us; we refund it.
  • Risk passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, take physical possession of the parcel. Please report damage or non-delivery promptly so we can raise the insurance claim.

5. Cancelling and returns

  • Change of mind: tell us within 14 days of delivery. The watch comes back unworn, unsized, unmodified and complete, with packaging and protective films in place.
  • Return number first, by email; a parcel sent without one cannot be matched to an order.
  • Return postage: yours for a change of mind, ours for a fault or a wrong item.
  • Refund: usually 5-10 working days after the watch is back with us, never later than 14 days from its arrival, by the original method.
  • Final-sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
  • A model cancellation form is on the returns page; using it is optional.

6. Warranty

  • 12 months. Ours, not a manufacturer’s; no brand warranty exists for a replica.
  • Covers manufacturing defects. Excludes misuse, accidental damage, water damage, normal wear and any work done by a third party.
  • Claims: email, order number, photos.

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected by anything on this page.

7. Liability

Our cap is what you paid. Indirect loss is not ours; neither is what importing, wearing or reselling a replica costs you where that is restricted. Knowing the law where you live is your job. Some liability cannot be capped at all: death or personal injury from our negligence, fraud, and anything else the law of England and Wales keeps with us regardless of what a contract says. Nothing in this clause touches your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Age

18 plus. Placing an order is your confirmation that you are.

9. Intellectual property

Our photographs, text and layout: ours, not for commercial reuse. Trade marks named on the site: their owners’, used here to describe, never to claim.

10. Privacy

Name, email, delivery address and order data are handled as the privacy policy describes. No card data exists on our side, because we never take cards.

11. Law

Governed by the law of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your own courts, and if you are a consumer elsewhere, nothing here removes rights under your own law that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes

These terms get revised from time to time. The copy on the site at the moment you order is the copy that governs that order.
