Two situations, two sets of rules. A faulty or wrong watch is our problem and we pay to put it right. A watch you simply do not want is yours to send back, unworn, inside a fixed window. The table settles most questions; the warranty and the step-by-step follow it.

Rule Faulty or wrong watch Changed your mind
Window Tell us as soon as you notice. Covered for 12 months by our warranty, and by your legal rights, which run alongside it. Tell us within 14 days of the delivery scan.
Who pays postage We do, both ways. You do. Tracked and insured, or a lost parcel is your loss.
What we need from you Order number, what is wrong, photos or a short video that shows it. Order number, a one-line reason, and the watch unworn, unsized, films on, kit complete.
Refund timing We put it right first; where a refund is the outcome, same timing as the next column. Within 14 days of the watch reaching us, usually 5-10 working days, by the method you paid with.

“Complete” means the full kit listed under What arrives on the about page, back in its carton. Try the watch on over a soft surface with the films in place; fit is obvious, condition is untouched.

What we cannot take back

Worn, sized, opened, modified, final-sale, or arriving without a return number: no. Watches we were not told about within 14 days of delivery fall in the same bucket. A return that fails inspection gets an email with photos explaining exactly why, before anything else happens.

Warranty

12 months. Ours, not the brand’s. Manufacturing faults only. In: a movement that stops or runs wildly off, a date that will not jump, a bezel that seizes, indices or hands that come loose, a crown that will not screw down. Out: drops and impacts, water damage (roughly a 50 m rating in practice: rain and hand washing, no swimming or showering), normal wear such as hairlines and bracelet stretch, and anything that follows a third party opening the case. A claim under the original brand’s warranty does not exist, because the brand did not make this watch.

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected by anything on this page.

Step by step: change of mind

  1. Email orders@crownsuperclone.com: order number, one-line reason. Post nothing yet.
  2. You get a return number and an address, and nothing moves before that. The reply target is 24 hours.
  3. Pack the watch exactly as it arrived, films on, in its box if it came with one, inside a rigid outer carton.
  4. Send it tracked and insured for the full value; keep the receipt and the tracking number.
  5. We inspect on arrival and email the outcome. Money goes back the way it came: same bank account, same wallet, no exceptions.

Step by step: warranty claim

  1. Email orders@crownsuperclone.com: order number, what is wrong, photos or a short video that shows it.
  2. We reply with the next step. Do not post a warranty watch to us without hearing from us first.
  3. Return postage for a fault is ours; that reply tells you how it is covered.

Model cancellation form

You can use this form to cancel, but you do not have to; an email in your own words does the same job.
