It runs on a self-winding calibre, so the seconds hand glides instead of ticking and the watch keeps itself wound from the motion of your wrist. The case is ceramic, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. The crystal is anti-reflective sapphire, and the case is rated to 50 metres — enough for everyday wear.
